30-DAYS MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of receipt.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Before initiating a return for a Calming Bed or Sofa Cover, please allow 24 hours post-unboxing for the items to regain their original shape.

During this time, you can manually adjust the filling to aid in this process.

Once you've done this, reach out to our customer service team by emailing info@tailspaws.co.uk and follow these steps:

• Remove the item from any shipping packaging; there's no need to repackage it

• Send a photo of the item to your assigned customer service representative for integrity verification

ORDER CANCELLATION TIMES BEFORE SHIPPING OUT

You may request the cancellation of your order and a subsequent refund only if the package has not yet been dispatched.

Once you receive the order tracking code indicating that the package is in transit, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or reimbursement, as it cannot be intercepted at this stage.

REFUNDS

Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note: the shipping cost is not refundable.
